?Role & Responsibilities
Join a new centralized team whose focus is to develop global, cross functional and standardized
processes. Below are some of the responsibilities that you could be accountable for depending on the
projects you are working on:
? Creating innovative solutions to optimize cross functional processes as well as influencing a
successful adaptation of the solutions across the functions
? Executing against plans in an effective manner, enabling the business and University Relations to
meet objectives
? Assisting in projects focused on:
? Candidate Communications: Providing an extraordinary candidate experience through clear,
concise and timely communications.
o Candidate Tracking: Collaborating with the business and regional recruitment teams to
ensure data is accurate in the centralized candidate tracking tool
o Training: Help create and deliver new hire and manager training
o Event Management: Actively engaging with business to influence participation in
University campus events and orientations; confirming events and travel if necessary.
Ensuring business is meeting necessary level of campus participation; engage business
partners if there is a low level of commitment from business
o Administrative Tasks: Assisting global recruitment team with administrative items as
? A minimum of 2+ years of experience in staffing/recruitment and/or project management
? Previous and proven experience in working with cross functional and global teams

? Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with business stakeholders
and candidates´┐Ż
? Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and fast paced matrix structured organization
? Takes ownership of objectives to achieve results; course corrects as needed
? Willing to be hands on, is results oriented, has program management capabilities, and has the
ability to use and present data´┐Ż
? Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize on a constant basis and see projects
through to completion

? Tact, diplomacy, and extreme professionalism when dealing with candidates or dealing with
difficult personalities
? Ability to successfully collaborate across different cultural/geographical environment
