Acquire and update knowledge on procedures related to relevant process - Access management and System parameter maintenance.
- Ensure that the process requirements are met, adhered to, completed in accordance with established procedures and standards set.
- Work well independently and complete assigned tasks in the established timeframe as per the process benchmarks.
- Ensure that the productivity and quality levels are achieved as per the standards set for the process.
- Work productively, professionally and demonstrate ways to improve the quality of service.
- Proactively identify issues, if any, and escalate.
- Assist line manager/supervisor with managing day-to-day operations and support peers on process if needed.
- Participate in team meeting / team activities and work towards sustaining team spirit.
- Minimize complaints/ Losses and increase compliments.
- The nature of this role also requires, interaction with teams in various global regions. Will be required to communicate via emails, MS Teams, Jabber and conference calls, which are often the main methods of communication, and as such, it is necessary for the jobholder to be very proficient in these forms of communication and be able to effectively manage meetings and activities remotely.
