?� This position is accountable for entire sales & marketing for Telecom & Security Solutions division. This includes entire gamut of activities including achieving sales targets, creating sales plan and strategy for the company, customer accounts management, costs control, quality management and functional human resources development and management.
� The professional will take charge of sales & marketing of complete Matrix Solutions � Telecom (PBX, Gateways, and Terminals), COSEC (Access-Control and Time-Attendance Solutions) and SATATYA (Video Surveillance Solutions).
� He/She will drive sales & Marketing by tapping opportunities in domestic and international market through Channel networks (distributors, system integrators and resellers), Projects, Government (India).
� The position requires someone who has willingness to learn and take up challenges and the passion to be part of a growing organization

?� Preparation of the Annual Sales Plan, in line with Corporate Business Plan.
� Envisage, develop, Implement and execute company's sales plan for domestic and international customers.
� Prepare annual budgets for Exhibitions, Travel, Technical and Sales Trainings, sales activities including promotions etc.
� Increase market reach (by increasing Number of Distributors, Resellers, System Integrators, etc.)
� Ability to work with channel partners in creating market solutions that holds greater value for the customer across domains. Also Improving Sales and services systems for Channel Partners
� Establish matrix as a strong Telecom & Security solutions brand in the market.
� Establish strong sales processes and systems.
� Skilful management of Key accounts and their after sales needs.
� Prepare winning one shot techno-commercial proposal for the prospects in public and private sector.
� Proactive in preparing Sales plan for the month/year and fixing the KRA's of the team accordingly. Also expected to create a framework for their performance evaluation.
� Organising time to time Seminar for the key audience�s in corporate, large office complexes owners, builders/developers, Healthcare, Education, police departments, manned security providers, BFSI, Retail, Airport and other public infrastructure space and giving them Live Demo of the products across markets.
� Scan and Analyze competition and its market share.
� Ensuring Employee Development & Succession Planning
� Boost Employee Morale & Motivation for Continuous Improvement
