 Responsibilities:  ● To work collaboratively with the Executive Director and administrative team to provide strategic leadership and ensure the smooth operation
   of the school. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
● Assisting the Management in developing and implementing the school's vision, mission, and strategic goals.
● Developing and improving the quality of education offered to the students in the school through the promotion of the highest possible standards of education,
   equality of opportunity, and an environment which is conducive to excellence in learning and teaching;
● Promoting the ethos of the school through participation in the construction and implementation of the school development plan and in relevant curriculum committees.
● Supporting the recruitment, selection, and professional development of teaching and support staff.
