 Work with video developers to assist in meeting handoff deadlines ensuring files are present and comply with
Cisco standards.
 Order video transcriptions using 3Play Media.
 Upload MP4s, PNGs to the Xyleme Media Manager.
 Review transcripts in 3Play Media making corrections as needed, upload .VTT files to Xyleme Media Manager.
 Coordinate MP4 and PNG fixes and reworks as needed.
 Respond to video related issues making corrections as needed.
 Maintain quarterly metrics for video transcription processing.
 Maintain Process documentation for Video Transcription Processing.
 Maintain video tracking Smartsheet and 3Play Media folders.
Other Responsibilities
 Attend team meetings and complete required trainings.
 Cross train on other team processes as required.
Requirements:
1 or more years of experience using a video transcription service such as 3Play Media.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, SharePoint, Smartsheet.
Knowledge of file formats such as: VTT, MP4, and PNG.
Knowledge or experience using Xyleme LCMS is desirable.
Excellent time-management skills with a high degree of accuracy, consistency, accountability, and attention to
detail is a must.
Ability to meet all timelines for multiple deliverables. Experience working in an Agile development environment is
desired.
Ability to communicate project status effectively to Team Lead and other extended team members.
Ability to be proactive, collaborative, and flexible with project variables and changing requirements.
Self-motivated to learn, troubleshoot, collaborate, and contribute independently and as a member of a fast-paced
and dynamic team.
This position is 100% remote.
The work hours for this position will start as full time until onboarding training is complete then will vary as the
demand for video transcription work increases or decreases.
