job description

?� Efficiently manage the Credit Service operations function through planning/ scheduling/ strategizing departmental activities, allocating/managing workload pressures
� Effective co-ordination with other departments/ stake-holders to ensure the operational schedules are met as per timelines.
� Reviews and recommends new methods and procedures to make daily operations more efficient and consistent
� Effective interaction with Corporate Bankers, GTS team and other stake-holders to manage Expectation Vs deliverables
� Interface with other departments, Regions, vendors, agencies etc to resolve customer service issues and follows up with resolution of problems to ensure timely response and customer service.
� Regularly participates in the development and enhancement of systems/ tools and also participate in project task forces or user groups to represent the department on training or system needs.
� Maintains knowledge of all products and services offered by the Credit Services team. Keeps informed of new or changing developments, products, services or ideas which would affect operations.
� Ensure strict adherence to RBI guidelines on credit services norms and entire team is aware of such guidelines from time to time.
� Responsible for maintaining strong internal control, compliance and statutory reporting standards in India.
� Demonstrate effective management and leadership
� Work in close co-ordination with Regional and internal stake-holders.

qualification

?� Degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualifications
� At least 5 to 8 years of work experience in a similar position
� Strong knowledge on Wholesale Banking products / operations
� Team player with excellent communication skills, both written and oral and people management skills
� Strong focus on quality of service, client focus and deliverables
� Structured and organized with a track record in delivering objectives.
� Strong knowledge on RBI rules & relations particularly on credit services area
