vp hr & immigration in mumbai

?Designation:

Vice President HR/Immigration/Operations

Job Location: Mumbai

Reports to: Sr. VP Operations / CEO




Job Duties:

HR Operations (International)



� Good grasp on entire Employee Life Cycle Management Processes - On boarding, Rehire, Leave, Movement & Transfer, promotion, Exit etc. for the US employees.

� Review and finalize employment agreements, contracts

� Benefits administration - Understanding of different types of benefits as Medical Insurance, 401K, short term / long term disability

� Drug test, Background Reference Check management across locations including Intl locations

� Manage I9 and other HR related compliances

� Having sound working knowledge in US Payroll, COBRA documentation.



HR Operations (India)


� Good grasp on entire Employee Life Cycle Management Processes - On boarding, Rehire, Leave, Movement & Transfer, promotion, Exit etc. for the India employees.

� Review and finalize employment agreements, contracts

� Benefits administration - Understanding of PF, ESIC

� Manage HR related compliances as per Indian law



Immigration


� Knowledge of US immigration system is must

� Manage New H1B, L1A, L1B, Location Change Amendment, Extension applications

� Manage US Green Card Process

� Manage various Immigrations compliances like PAF (Public Access Folder) , LCA posting etc �

� Knowledge of European VISA process (UK, Germany) will be an added advantage



Legal


� Review Non-disclosure Agreements

� Review customer contracts and take necessary actions to fulfill those contracts

� Manage Customer contracts, NDA repository

� Manage E&O, General Liability, Automotive Insurances


Recruitment


� Manage US recruitment

� Manage Local India recruitment
