A leading company that is into battery management and intelligence platform.  Designation: VP - Sales & Customer Success Location: Anywhere in India Qualification: Any engineering graduate & MBA Experience: 10 -15 years

Experience in managing P&L of large projects in the automotive space

- Program Management experience in automotive and Tier 1 companies

- Good technical understanding of embedded systems

- Proven Leadership experience

- Experience in Business Development

- Good network in the Indian and Global automotive space

 Responsibilities:  - Monitor progress of all important commercial projects

- Mentor Business Development Leads, Key Account Managers, to enable them to win new customers and identify opportunities with existing customers.

- Mentor Program Managers and Customer Success Engineers to enable them to manage individual programs and ensure customer satisfaction

- Build relationships with key personnel of existing and potential customers

- Set up processes internally to ensure perfect co-ordinations between the Engineering, Ops, Quality, Sales, and Customer Success Teams
