?Business Management:

Regular interaction with Audit Coverage Directors in the Risk Management, Finance and Corporate Audit

team to provide resource solutions.

Seek feedback from offshore team on the performance of the GSC team.

Regularly interact with the global Risk Management, Finance and Corporate Audit Business Managers on

understanding the resourcing requirements

Resource Management, manage pipeline and utilization

Team Management:

Recruit Full Time Employees and Full Time Consultants

Managing, training and developing staff performance/competency

Coach/Mentor/Guide team members to deliver high quality audits through comprehensive risk and

controls analysis.

Manage career conversation - goal setting, periodic review of performance, feedback and development

plan.

Vendor Management:

Periodic review of relationship with vendors

Provide feedback on FTCs

Anticipate and define requirements for FTC resources

Audit Execution and Supervision:

Complete risk assessments and work within a team to plan, execute and report findings during

integrated financial and technology audits.

Manage and/or lead all aspects of audits/reviews focusing on end to end business processes; this may

require supervision of audit staff.

Prepare/review audit planning memoranda, direct the audit team to identify and evaluate key risks,

establish audit scope, and determine required budgets and staff assignments.

Direct the development of robust audit review test programs.

Supervise/lead walkthroughs conducted by the audit team, assess the internal control environment and

supervise controls and substantive testing by the audit team.

Supervise staff and review work papers to ensure they meet internal quality assurance standards.

Monitor audits against budgets and required time frames.

Appropriately assess potential findings for significance and identify/formulate solutions to issues around

internal controls, financial reporting and operations.

Draft and finalize audit reports, including writing clear and concise findings and recommendations, and

negotiating issue finalization with senior client management.

Track implementation of recommended processes designed to strengthen internal controls.

Takes ownership and conducts periodic monitoring (continuous business monitoring) of risk areas to

identify emerging risks and trends and developing effective Senior Line Management relationships

during this process.
