Vice President -Sales Head - APAC, Middle East

Across business units, sales head will take charge of growing APAC, Middle East region for all services across Digital, Platforms, BPO and Cloud & Infra offering leading a team of Account executives.


Role Summary & Experience

  • Client relationship management and business development: Manage existing client relationships for a portfolio of accounts in the region of ~15M$ across 20-25 clients
  • New logo acquisition across the region
  • Own the opportunity management cycle: Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-Close.
  • Build relationship with regional advisors, analysts, and other industry leaders to influence mindshare and business growth
  • Client delivery assurance: collaborate with all delivery stakeholders involved to ensure fulfilment of all commitments to the client.
  • Account planning and governance: create the account plan including relationships required, opportunities to be pursued, price decisions, etc. Use internal Sales Tracking tools diligently to maintain full record of all sales activity and generate reports for stakeholders providing visibility to the sales pipeline
  • Contribute and execute Go-to- Market strategy for us
  • Identify potential strategic partners, alliances and relationships that will increase the deployment of our solutions and services within current clients. 


Desired Skills

  • 15+ years of experience, with strong sales/relationship management/account management experience.
  • Significant business development and project management experience
  • Track record of interacting and building relationship with C-level client contacts
  • Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Wide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experience
  • Knowledge of industry specific go-to-market solutions.
  • Good understanding of industry specific business issues and drivers
  • Global Delivery Model experience
  • Experience managing large multi-location consulting engagement teams
