?Business Delivery - driving revenue, profitability and market share in line with
business plan
? P&L Management - delivering the deliverables by driving pricing, costing, working
capital requirements and cost optimization
? Product Management - creating winning products with compelling propositions to
gain trade and consumer confidence during the entire product life cycle
? Marketing - outlining strategy for each category across platforms, leading initiatives
to drive channel penetration and extraction, engaging trade partners and building
consumer interest in brand
? Critical review of business across parameters of zone and branch performance,
portfolio mix, market share, cash flows, channel hygiene, sales team productivity,
channel width and depth, dependability on top 10 accounts, forecast vs. consumption
? Continuously benchmark portfolio with competition & ensure lead in differentiated
? Liaise with the Companies global product & marketing team on development and
growth strategy of brand in India and its alignment with the brand's global imagery
? Monitoring brand health, product performance, competition activities, key issues
faced by the business and deliver programs to address market changes
? Interface with vendors to understand technology trends, drive product launch, cost
innovations and negotiations
