vp sales in mumbai

1.Provide leadership and vision by developing the long range and annual plans. Formulate and execute companys strategic plan as per short term and long term Goals.
2.Focus on retail expansion and distribution expansion.
3.Set, achieve and monitor key performance targets for sales.
4.Develop and coordinate companys sales function & all sales related activities.
5.Identify, create, and develop new market opportunities.
6.Timely update on present Market & competitors activities and provides market feed-back on new products, prices changes, new launches, etc. to the top management.
7.Ensure timely collection of companys money from the market.
8.Minimizes sales returns/damaged goods and short expiry goods by monitoring returns, developing a depletion plan and avoiding overstocking at the points of sales.
9.Ensure Sales results are consistent with the companys goals. Communicate sales results, activities, etc. to the CEO and provide recommendations and plans for ongoing improvement.
10.Manage Sales budget for the division.
11.Recruit / Train & motivate sales force.
12.Develop a culture of Data driven Approach in the team.
13.Develop a culture of weekly / Fortnightly / Monthly reviews.
