Required Competencies/Experience
Technical
Industry visionary and avid technologist at heart with more than 15 years of experience
Minimum 10 years Designing, implementing (when necessary) and delivering enterprise SaaS
and DaaS solutions
Conversant in enterprise product, solution and technology strategies
Solid understanding of Software Engineering principles
High level of experience and competence in using Public Cloud services.
Understanding of and experience in Data Analytics
Able to articulate the pros and cons of technology choices and solution design decisions and
to construct and present rational options to clients and prospective clients on the options they
have
Delivering technology strategy, roadmaps and delivery blueprints for the technology design
Suggest solution implementation approaches, create estimates, timeline and cost analyses
that will lead to successful implementation and program delivery
Be involved in the tech community and an active observer of latest trends and technologies
Stay abreast of current and emerging trends, unique opportunities and challenges of the
space/markets and geographies in which the clients operate, and how it affects clients’
business and initiatives
Leadership and behavioural Competencies
High achiever with a passion for success and a history of driving large scale transformation
projects
15+ years of experience in selling and delivering large complex technology engagements
At least 8 years’ experience in senior Client engagement roles
Confident in expressing points-of-view, making recommendations and presenting analysis
and recommendations up to board level where appropriate
Solutions selling skills and demonstrated success of communicating complex technical issues
to both business and technical audiences
Management roles, working with CXOs level stakeholders
Domain competence in at least one of the industry verticals of interest – fintech, agritech, risk
analytics
Must have experience in setting up and managing geographically diverse delivery operations
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; exceptional workshop facilitation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a penchant to data driven decision
