vp/avp-providers sales in delhi

Designation: AVP � Provider Sales (OR Account Partner � Provider Sales) � depending on the
candidates experience and the interview outcomes
Location(s): Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Delhi / NCR
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for direct client management for the defined clientele list in the given city / region
- Responsible for full sales cycle from prospecting, discovery, solution proposing, negotiating, closing
and working closely with the implementation teams to ensure delivery of solution, and ongoing
relationship maintenance and cross-selling
- Frequent travel may be required (post Covid-19)
- Strategic role
- Define target customer lists based on the sales strategy
- Develop strategic growth plans for each account
- Define and implement initiatives to increase new deal flow
- Track, manage, prioritize opportunities and forecast progress across defined accounts
- Constantly strive to learn and gain knowledge about the healthcare ecosystem and observe
and adapt to changing market conditions, review direct competition, and conduct research

- Selling role
- Build multi-level relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders across renowned
healthcare providers
- Ensure competent understanding of the customer's requirements and business goals to
recommend solutions for success.
- Provide demonstrations / walkthroughs of product platform to drive customer engagement
- Work closely with SME team and presales to generate new leads and prospects
- Proactively build / maintain strategic alliances for business growth and market expansion
- Ensure tight execution of sales processes and compliance, including sales CRM, deal
follow-ups, funnel tracking, metrics and KRA monitoring
