?a) Have over 1 years of experience doing inside sales for a product company
b) Experience in handling sales conversations in North America / Europe.
c) Retail industry knowledge is highly desirable
d) Good understanding of Data warehousing & Business Intelligence (DW/BI) technologies
e) Excellent verbal and written communications skills
f) Team-oriented, self-starter with a strong desire to learn and contribute
g) Ability to handle large volumes of out-bound calls for appointment-setting.
h) Ability to work US/Europe working hours
