Key Responsibilities:
1. Warehouse Management
 Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, order
processing, and shipping/receiving.
 Implement best practices to maximize warehouse space utilization and organization.
 Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and reconciliations.
2. Logistics & Distribution
 Plan and coordinate transportation, distribution, and delivery schedules to meet customer
requirements.
 Optimize logistics processes to minimize transportation costs while ensuring timely and accurate
deliveries.
 Collaborate with carriers, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics providers to optimize
shipping and delivery options, while simultaneously exploring feasibility of existing business
fleet.
3. AI / Tech Implementation
 Stay updated on the latest trends in warehouse technology, especially AI-driven solutions.
 Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement AI-driven tools to optimize warehouse
operations.
 Test, refine, and scale AI solutions in the warehouse setting.
 Evaluate and recommend tech tools to enhance warehouse performance, including robotics,
autonomous vehicles, and predictive analytics solutions.
 Provide training and support to staff on new technological systems and procedures.
4. Team Leadership
 Build and lead a high-performing warehouse and logistics team.
 Provide leadership, mentorship, and training to team members to enhance their skills and
productivity.
 Set clear performance objectives and regularly assess and provide feedback to team members.5. Quality & Safety Compliance
 Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and industry-specific guidelines in
all warehouse and logistics operations.
 Implement safety training programs and promote a culture of safety among team members.
6. Cost Management
 Monitor and control operational expenses, including labor costs, transportation costs, and
equipment maintenance.
 Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost-effective logistics solutions.
7. Process Improvement
 Continuously evaluate and improve warehouse and logistics processes to enhance efficiency and
productivity.
 Implement process automation and technology solutions to streamline operations.
8. Inventory Control
 Develop and implement inventory control policies and procedures to minimize shrinkage,
stockouts, and overstock situations.
 Conduct regular inventory audits and address discrepancies promptly.
9. Vendor & Supplier Relations
 Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
 Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to optimize procurement and logistics agreements.
10. Reporting and Analysis
 Generate reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse and logistics
operations.
 Analyze data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
Required Qualifications:
 Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business, or a related field; a master's
degree is a plus.
 Proven experience in warehouse and logistics management, with a minimum of 10 years in a
leadership role.
 In-depth knowledge of inventory management, distribution, transportation, and logistics
software/systems.
 Strong leadership and team management skills.
 Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
 Familiarity with safety and quality compliance regulations.
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 Proficiency in using warehouse and logistics software/tools.Preferred Qualifications:
