We are looking for a Web Project Manager who can lead the design and development of our websites using Drupal. You will be responsible for consulting with internal stakeholders to determine the website’s desired appearance and functionalities, conceptualizing the website design process and leading a development team to develop a user-friendly, visually appealing interfaces and performing SEO procedures. Key Accountability and Responsibility • Provide design solutions for existing and further development of existing websites based on requirements. • Gather requirements and provide design solutions for new website development. • Lead the planning, development, and implementation of Drupal based CMS sites from start to finish. • Ensure high quality, timely delivery of solutions within budget including any third party system integration. • Ensures that implementation is technically consistent and efficient across projects• Documents, maintains, and enforces site development standards. • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage their expectations • Collaborate with DevOps team to define deployment workflows• Ensure performance of the websites (Page load time and Uptime) to be within the agreed upon benchmarks • Create weekly status and monthly project update reports • Provide leadership and mentoring within development team Key Skills and Knowledge Requirement • Overall 7 – 9 years of experience with• Familiar with tools such as Git, Jenkins and Atlassian suite • Strong skills across JavaScript, JQuery and CSS (Preference given to HTML5)• Strong experience with LAMP development environments• Broad experience in developing large Drupal 7, 8, or 9 websites • Experience in building custom Drupal modules • A proven track record of delivering high quality and responsive websites that meet the client’s needs and expectations.• Proven experience in Project Management• Excellent communication skills, including with non-technical colleagues • Familiarity with AEM is a plus  Personal Attributes • Ability to produce high quality and accurate work under tight deadlines • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills and ability to work on multiple projects at once • Strong analytical and problem solving skills • Excellent attention to details • Ability to work within a dynamic team environmen         ...
