8 to 12 years of total IT experience, preferably with technology background in Java and J2EE, with at least 2+ years of Project Lead / Management experienceHands-on experience with Agile delivery methodologies – preferably scrumShould be able to control the project from initiating to closing. PMP/equivalent certification would be a plusShould be a team player and the ability to steer through complex releases with collaborative way of workingYou have excellent communication skillsVery good hands-on experience with Stakeholder Management and People Management
