?- Skills Must have Channel Sales, Strategy, Residential Sales, Sales Strategy, Real Estate Sales
- Talents from Mumbai Only (Should have Real Estate sales experience in Mumbai Western / Central Market)
- Deliver sales in value & volume achievement as per target
- Drive sales in the segments owned and deliver targeted top lines as per the agreed business plan.
- Ensure targeted sales volumes at approved price levels, seek necessary approvals for any deviations.
- Drive sales through direct mediums (online & offline) - Service enquiries of prospective customers acquired through events, exhibitions, customer referrals, digital marketing etc.
- Drive sales through channel partners - Maintain & expand our database of channel partners by increasing the depth of the database.
- Ensure increased revenues from performing categories and engage non-performing categories to drive increased sales.
- Drive sales through Customer referrals / loyalty - Drive and implement customer referral and customer loyalty campaigns.
- Team Management - Motivate team members and act as a cementing force to assure all- round support to them. - Manage & coach the team in their closures to achieve the prescribed targets.
- Data Management in Salesforce - Ensure timely updation of all leads' status in Salesforce through regular follow-ups - Manage & update channel partner data into the system
- Maintain booking documents and other requisites in the system
- Lead the team to follow the defined processes to update records in Salesforce
- Provide comprehensive back-end support for a seamless booking experience for internal as well as external stakeholders
- Facilitate timely product, price & brand communication updates to channel partners & prospective & existing customers.
- Submit all necessary documents required at the time of booking to ensure complete CRM support.
- Ensure smooth empanelment, booking documentation & brokerage disbursal as per the applicable ladder
