?Responsible for Sales & Collections of Branches in Zone .
? Supporting Branches in all respect of Sales and implementation of various Sales and Marketing Plans.
? Activities pertaining to primary & secondary sales, marketing and business development.
? Make fact-based decisions regarding marketing strategy to develop the product as a brand while
designing effective and cost-efficient implementation programs based on Customer Analysis,
Competitive Analysis, Collaborator Analysis and Industry & Company Analysis.
? Identify & develop prospective client�s vendors to enhance business .
? Overseeing organization of sales promotional activities such as mason, contractors, architect,
builders & end users meets etc. to increase market share across all locations.
? Preparing budget for advertising activities like Hoardings, Wall Paintings, Shop Impact Paintings,
Distribution and Display of POP Material.
? Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients for repeat business.
? Establishing large volume & high profit accounts and maintaining top & bottom line profitability
Proactively identifying changes in market demand and modifying strategies for expansion of market
Strategizing, implementation and monitoring of�marketing�plans
? Coordinating with backline Operations for fluent service deliverables.
? Developing and appointing new business partners to expand product reach in the market and
working in close interaction with the dealers and distributors to assist them to promote the product.
? Periodic monitoring of sales and collections.
? Managing Distribution network/ Supply Chain for distributing of goods to the Project sites for
achievement of targets within specified parameters.
Developing the performance and service levels through customer relationship with dealer in market.
