job description

?Job responsibilities & duties:
1. Implement the Sales strategy of Company and achieve the budgeted Sales Revenue Targets for
the assigned Regions / State
2. Achievement of Sales Revenue Target from Strategic Products
3. Achievement of Gross Contribution from the assigned Regions / States
4. Achievement of Collection Targets for the assigned Regions / State. Communicating and
following up with customers for the collection of sticky outstanding payments in special cases
5. Monitoring & Control of Operational Expense Budget for the assigned Regions / State
6. Distribution Efficiency & Expansion
- Increasing the market reach, distribution network by meeting the existing and new distributors,
dealers
- Assessment of Distributor activities, Product display and proper utilization of Sales promotional
tools
7. Increasing the Market Share in the assigned Regions/State
8. Relationship management with external stakeholders like Customers, dealers, distributors, C&F
Agents, Agri Department authorities, and regulatory bodies

Experience: 10 -15 years experience in Agro Sales, agro business development, agro selling, agriculture sales,
agrochemical sales, agro marketing
