zonal sales manager (north & east) in chandigarh

?- Develop and ensure implementation of sales strategies to deliver annual volume objectives of the region within budgeted costs
- Achieve primary and secondary sales ensuring effective distribution of Companys products
- Design, manage, implement and improve systems and processes for managing sales operations
- Design, implement and continuously improve MIS for sales performance to management
- Propose and manage sales promotion plan/schemes to the sales team
- Gather sales and performance data from market and channels, analyse data, draw conclusions and make data driven recommendations to management
- Manage the distribution network and C&F agents with monitoring of sales and collections
- Identify, network, appoint and manage with distributors for deeper market penetration and reach
- Work closely with each and every member of reporting sales team, dealers and distributors and assist them to promote the Companys products
- Plan and monitor new product launches in co-ordination with the Marketing Team
- Analyze market response/requirements and brand health, and communicate the same to the Marketing team
- Continuously monitor competitor activities, conduct competitor analysis, keep abreast of market trends
- Hire, train and appraise sales staff in line with company policy
