Job Summary: The Zonal Manager for Pharma Distribution will oversee the sales and distribution operations within a designated geographical zone. This role requires ensuring the efficient distribution of pharmaceutical products, managing sales teams, maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets within the zone.
- Oversee and coordinate the successful launching of new products.
- Oversee the distribution network to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales and distribution team to achieve targets.
- Manage and oversee the execution of Competitive Market Analysis (CMAs) and ensure authentic marketing efforts at both national and regional levels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and healthcare professionals.
- Develop and implement business plans and strategies for the zone in alignment with overall company objectives.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and ensure competitive positioning.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies and procedures.
