Roles and responsibilities- As a  Recruitment Business Partner (RBP) is responsible for ensuring the client and relevant stakeholders receive advisory services from RSR inclusive of market intelligence, creative sourcing strategies and problem resolution.- Liaising with the client and becoming a single point of contact for Hiring Managers on all assigned requisitions - Collaborating with Hiring Managers and appropriate internal team members, to ensure that adequate sourcing and screening support is provided.- Guiding intake meetings and working with the client to understand the business, functional/technical skill needs and hiring drivers.- Ensuring all recruitment activity is captured in real-time on the client’s ATS system and/or any other database- Managing candidates through the whole recruitment cycle with a proactive approach ensuring best in class candidate experience.- Present candidates on employment opportunities, extends offers and negotiates to final acceptance of the offer- Conducting aged requisition analysis for all the requisitions and developing a strategy to prevent aged requisition- Evaluating the return on investment of Talent Communities to ensure timely delivery  - Conducting advisory intakes using market intelligence, taking up the ownership of Recruitment Strategy FrameworkRequired Candidate Profile - 8+ years of recruitment experience- Ideally experience in an internal recruitment function- Working with a mix of short term and longer term objectives; & hands on execution, from concept to delivery- Proven ability to balance between guarding the organization and supporting execution and delivery- A proven track record in developing and implementing cultural and organizational changes. - Ability to interact with high-level decision makers-  Strong conceptual and analytical skills - Strong communication skills (written and verbal)  with all levels of company - Proven ability to balance between guarding the  organization and supporting execution and delivery-  A proven track record in developing and  implementing cultural and organizational changes
