Establish productive & professional relationship with key stakeholders like Specialist/
KOL/ Lab /Hospital /HOD/’s of the strategic accounts along with the team members
Creating awareness & product promotion to stakeholder, KOL, Hospital, Lab
Coordinate with sales & service delivery team to meet strategic account objectives &
customer’s expectations.
Enhance penetration of business in strategic accounts to meet the business
objectives
To effectively co-ordination between logistic, Lab, Collection Centres, Patient, Doctors.
Query Handling.
Proactively lead the strategic account planning process that develops performance
objectives, financial targets& profitable sales volume in assigned accounts.
Design & create new business opportunities by closely working with sales team & lab. Monitor & support in implementing key marketing programs in association with sales
team in the assigned accounts.
To keep a thorough check on the subordinate’s knowledge about the market, customers,
competitors and products in order to sell solutions and deliver exceptional customer
value to predefined customers effectively
Preparing budget Sheet for the financial year along with the team & seniors
Periodical training to the ASMs & executives as per the market updating
Review of team performance from time to time
Approving the daily attendance and also monitoring the daily sales report
Approving all the travel and other related expenses for claims
Qualification:
UG -B.Sc - Bio-Chemistry, Botany, Chemistry, B.Pharma - Pharmacy
PG - Any Postgraduate with Bioscience or MBA/PGDM with any stream
6-10 years of experience in healthcare.
Min 5 Years Sales/Marketing in Healthcare
