Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled HR Retainer with a specialization in Talent Acquisition to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing ongoing HR support and expertise while focusing primarily on sourcing, attracting, and retaining top talent to drive our company's success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with company objectives, including sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
2. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques to identify and attract high-quality candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and industry events.
3. Candidate Screening and Evaluation: Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles.
4. Employer Branding: Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to enhance employer branding efforts and promote our company as an employer of choice.
5. Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience.
6. HR Consultation: Provide HR guidance and support to the leadership team on various HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
7. Talent Management: Partner with department heads to identify talent gaps, succession planning needs, and opportunities for employee development and retention.
8. HR Compliance: Stay up-to-date on relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all HR practices and procedures.
Qualifications:
·Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
·Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a retainer or consulting capacity.
·Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
·Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
·Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
·High level of discretion and confidentiality.
·Proficiency in HRIS and ATS software.
