• Contract Review and Modification:
Thoroughly review, draft and modify commercial and federal contracts, subcontracts including, NDAs,
Teaming Agreements, Work Orders and other business-related agreements.
Interpret and apply Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) to ensure compliance in all aspects of the

contracting process. Ensure contracts align with the company's strategic objectives and comply with legal
and regulatory requirements.
Assist with modifications to the GSA MAS and acquiring relevant SINs as necessary.
Oversees compliance with critical Federal Acquisition Service (FAS) Sales Reporting requirements and
remitting the Industrial Funding Fee.
Reporting contract closeout sales and performing any required sales adjustments on historical data.
Leads the planning and managing the partnership needs with industry technology vendors and technology
collaborations.
• US Contracts Expertise: Bring specialized knowledge of US contracts, laws, and regulations to the Business
Development team. Navigate complex legal language and provide insights into US-specific contractual
considerations. Understands US federal business terms and industry standards.
• Contract Negotiation: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to negotiate and finalize contract
terms that align with business goals. Foster open and transparent communication to address concerns and reach
mutually beneficial agreements.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate legal and contractual risks associated with business
development contracts. Advise the team on risk mitigation strategies.
• Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate and organized contract files and documentation. Ensure
compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
• Bid Proposal Evaluation: Participate in the evaluation of bids and proposals to ensure compliance with
solicitation requirements.
• Meetings Participation:
Actively engage in internal meetings with cross-functional teams to provide contractual guidance and
support. Represent the organization in external meetings with subcontractors, and potential business partners.
Cultivate and maintain positive relationships, ensuring clear communication and understanding of
contractual requirements.
Other areas of support:
Manages the lease renewals.
Provide support for certification requirements and compliance as necessary, including SAM revalidations,
ISO certifications, and CMMI, in accordance with company standards.
Performs miscellaneous job-related tasks as required.
• Timezone Flexibility: Work flexible hours to accommodate the US EST timezone, collaborating seamlessly with
the internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
• Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years of experience as a Contracts Specialist, with a focus on business development
related contracts. Prior experience with US contracts is highly desirable.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in legal research and contract management tools. Strong understanding of contract
law and legal principles.
• Time Management: Ability to manage and prioritize multiple contracts and tasks efficiently.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to articulate complex
legal concepts in a clear and concise manner.
