Collaborate with design, purchase, and factory teams to ensure accurate order processing and material quality.
Obtain confirmations on designs and quotations from clients and track any changes post-finalization.
Coordinate with the factory for order execution and visit sites/factory when required.
Oversee project execution with the installation team to ensure client satisfaction. 4. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client interactions.
Prepare periodic reports on sales performance and financial metrics.
Ensure confidentiality and data protection in all business dealings. 5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with the accounts team for project closure amounts and receivables.
Coordinate with the purchase team to stay updated on material costs and sourcing details. Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in similar industry
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in modular kitchens, interiors, or architectural products.
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Quick learner with a passion for sales and relationship-building.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
