Job Title - Condition Monitoring Analyst
Job Description: Analyzes condition monitoring data (S·O·SSM, inspections, electronic data, site conditions, equipment history) and provides relevant recommendations for the customer as indicated by the data.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include
- Analyze condition monitoring data (e.g. S·O·S, inspections, electronic data, site conditions, equipment history)
- Provide equipment and/or operation recommendations to customer-facing Dealer representatives derived from condition monitoring data
- Build collaborative relationships with other condition monitoring personnel (e.g., S·O·S Interpreter) and customer-facing Dealer representatives
- Use software tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Access) to analyze condition monitoring data
- Provide information for condition monitoring lead tracking and resolution
- Prepare written reports and recommendations as required by the Dealership
- Communicate verbal recommendations as required by the Dealer
- Field/Trouble shooting experience (Service Engineer) in Machine, Automobile and Construction Industries would be an added advantage.
- Please look for 1 to 4 years of experienced candidates, not more or less.
- Please target 40 experienced onboarding before June.
- There will be no more freshers profiles or interview drives until June.
- Kindly look for diversity profiles who have basic knowledge of heavy machinery (mechanical background) and are strong in communication.
- Kindly share the profiles weekly thrice for the continuous flow. Feedback will be provided ASAP.
- Supplier should share quality profiles. 80% hit ratio is expected for the profiles submitted from your end.
- Female candidates you can share profiles with 1-3 years’ experience. Candidates should have basic mechanical knowledge and strong communication skill is mandatory both verbal and written.
- Key Skills-service field, field engineer, manufacturing plant, OEM, fleet monitoring, trouble shooting, Automobile, hydraulic , breake system, transmission.
- For male candidates, the experience range is -3-8 years . Need more diversity profiles.
- Electronic Fault codes- The Candidate should be able to Read the fault codes.
- Roles and responsibilities of Condition Monitoring advisor -Monitoring the health of the assets, the advisor will get an indication through a tool, Analysing the issue, how the issue can be fixed, what measures can be taken, and some other recommendations will also be given by the advisor to the dealer. The information will be provided to the dealer by the advisor in a Pdf format . The advisor will talk to the dealer and the dealer will talk to the customer.
- Target companies-Tata Hitachi, Revathy industries other competitive market organisations or other OEM, Construction industries, Mining Industries organisations.
- Communication is mandatory both Verbal and written, Email etiquette is mandatory.
- Location-Chennai-WTC only.
- Candidates should be either from Chennai or South states like Karnataka, Kerala (PAN India is OK, if the candidate willing to relocate).
- Interview: Telephonic- Communication assessment with basic technical questions would be conducted by the CAT hiring team. F2F-Technical assessment would be done by the CAT hiring team. Virtual interview is possible only male candidates based on situation and for female candidates it is mandatory to attend F2F.
- Minimum bill rate-300 and maximum bill rate-600. Kindly don’t share profiles with higher bill rate.
- Notice period-Any.
- Communication and technical evaluation should be done properly by the supplier before sharing the profiles to the TPL team.
- Education-Mechanical engineering, Automobile engineering, Aeronautical engineering, Electrical and Electronics engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Production/Manufacturing engineering.
- Supplier should share the JD with the candidates and explain it clearly.
- Candidates should be aware of the agency role; the information should be given to the candidates clearly by the supplier.
- Supplier should inform the candidates clearly that they will get calls from +1 or +44 number and they shouldn’t think it as a spam . This call would be from CAT hiring team for Telephonic interview.
- Interview schedules should be informed to the candidate without any miss and any candidate is not able to attend the interview the information should be provided to the TPL team prior.
