The ideal candidate will have a strong background of domestic market and international
market, distribution channel management and regulatory compliances.
Key Responsibility 1. Domestic Sales Strategy and Market Development:
: Develop and implement domestic sale strategies of synthetic spun dyed
yarns
: Identify and penetrate new domestic market
: Establish sales targets and growth plans by different region of India.
: Identify new value added products and get them developed and market the
same.
: Responsible for leading sales teams to reach sales targets, assess current
team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and
implement them.
: Update and review current working practices, procedures and systems for
continuous improvement
2. Export Sales Strategy and Market Development:
: Develop and implement global export strategies of synthetic spun dyed
yarns.
: Identify and penetrate new international market
: Establish sales targets and growth plans by country/region.
: Build and maintain strong relation with overseas distributors, importers, retailers
and institutional
: Lead negotiation pricing and contract closure
3. Budgeting and reporting:
: Forecast sales volume and revenue
: Monitor pricing margin and profitability: Finalising marketing budget and adhering to the same.
: Provide regular market intelligence and performance report to management
