Operations & Maintenance Business Unit has 22 state offices and more than 1000 professionals. GEMS
engineers are regularly trained for up-skilling with the latest technology and efficient working, by our Internal
Technical Knowledge Center.
5. Position Overview: To install and commission, preventive maintenance, and break down maintenance of
odorization systems and filling of odorant. It also includes working closely with the customer teams and
coordinating the integration of the odorization system with the existing site infrastructure
6. Key Responsibilities:
1. Installation and commissioning of Odorization skids
2. Preventive & predictive maintain of Odorization skids
3. Attending break down calls and carry out proper fault diagnosis to improve the quality of repairs and reduce
repeats.
4. Troubleshooting, corrective and preventive maintenance of Odorization System Installed in CGS locations.
5. Ensuring effective management of spares.
6. Ensuring timely and proper documentation and submission of Service visit Vouchers, Preventive Maintenance
Report etc.
7. Responsible for 100% customer satisfaction.
8. Providing technical support to the customers.
9. Willing to travel within State as well as other states for service support.
7. Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Diploma (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic / Instrumentation)- Fresher
2. Minimum 2 years’ Experience in CGD/ Metring System / Industrial Commercial High-Pressure Low-Pressure Gas

3. Hands on experience in Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Odorization System, Filling of Odorant, SS Tube
cutting, bending, tightening, fixing and High-Pressure fitting connection and Power & Signal Cable Terminations
