Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Engine
Mechanic to support engine maintenance activities, including removal, installation, and
minor inspections of aircraft engines. The role requires hands-on mechanical aptitude, a
commitment to safety, and the ability to follow instructions precisely in a regulated
aviation environment
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in removal and installation of aircraft engines and engine components
under supervision.
• Support engine inspections, cleaning, borescope setups, and basic servicing
activities.
• Able to read and interpret manuals (AMM/ESM/EIPC/SPM/CMM) and checklists
during all tasks.
• Ensure tools and equipment are clean, calibrated, and stored properly after use.
• Help document work performed and report any irregularities to senior
technicians.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of work areas in compliance with company and
regulatory standards.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Diploma in Mechanical, Aeronautical, Electrical or Aircraft Maintenance
Engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience in aircraft engine maintenance or workshop
environment.
• Basic knowledge of engine types like CFM56/V2500/ or LEAP is an advantage.
• Ability to read technical drawings and follow standard maintenance procedure.
• Physically fit and able to work in shifts and challenging environments.
• Exposure to aviation safety standards and maintenance documentation.
• Willingness to learn and grow into more advanced engine maintenance roles.
• Basic English communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and contribute to team efficiency.
