Role - Legal and Compliance Analyst 1. Redlining , Reviewing , Negotiating MSA's, SOW's, NDA's , Engagement Letters, LSA's etc2. Vendor Due Diligence and review of vendor onboarding documents3. Ensuring statutory compliance under various applicable laws4. Secretarial Compliances including but not limited to Board Meetings, AGMs, statutory filings , CSR etc5. Providing legal advise & guidance on various legal & compliance matters to different stakeholders6. Coordinating with the global procurement team on the Agreements Education qualification : LLB Graduate with relevant experience ( Preffered if also a Company Secretary with LLB qualification )
