- Maintenance of Screw Conveyor, Rotary Equipment / Components, Conveyor, Chain Conveyor, Gear Pumps, Centrifugal Pumps, Roots Blowers, Screw Compressors, Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Electrical Transformers,Relays, Motors, PLC panels, Flow / Pressure Transmitters.
- Execution of Preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Maintenance issues with machinery and equipment, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of mechanical systems, process equipment, utilities, and other infrastructure.
- Manage spare parts inventory to ensure the availability of Equipment.
- Maintain maintenance budgets, optimizing costs while improving equipment reliability.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards in all maintenance activities.
- Supervise, mentor, and train the maintenance team, fostering a culture of safety, responsibility, and technical excellence.
- Shutdown job & resource planning.
- Supervision / coordination for Critical process Piping, ensuring quality of Piping & structural welding.
- Equipment Condition monitoring / Equipment Reliability activities / Vibration analysis / RCA.
- 5S / TPM initiatives.
- Coordination of Maintenance workshop day to day operations.
- Quality inspection of Engineering materials, setting up systems - pre-Order and after receipt.
- Well versed with Maintenance of Process Plant Electrical & Instrumentation.
- Equipment like- Motors, PLC Panels, Flow & Pressure Transmitters, Level switches, VFD etc.
