KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Contribute to planning and purchasing of OPEX/CAPEX items
2. Responsible for all spares, purchase and work orders
3. Inventory Management and PR/PO tracking in SAP.
4. Control cost of all the maintenance activities as per budget in order to optimize maintenance costs.
5. Preparing list for the shutdown jobs including indenting of the materials.
6. Follow-up of the materials from Vendors, Purchase, Stores and Mechanical departments
7. Ensuring the receipts and issuing of materials with correct specification 
8. Manpower planning & resource levelling to meet daily maintenance requirement,
9. Having good knowledge of SAP.
10. Good Communication with inter department.

13. Act as supervisor for maintenance team in absence of Section head
14. OT reduction by proper manpower management & resource utilization Planning and scheduling of all preventative maintenance routines in SAP
15. Act as supervisor for maintenance team in absence of manager
16. Having hands on experience in Kiln Cooler/Raw mill /Coal mill maintenance for smooth functioning.
17. Having good knowledge of SAP.
18. To maintain the Health of plant rotary equipment’s and facilities to ensure uninterrupted operation of the plant and achieving the production targets with continuous monitoring program and comply with EHS requirement
19. Providing the timely feedback to avoid breakdown of the equipment
20. To Execute Rotary equipment health check for smooth functioning of the plant.
21. To prepare routine monitoring observation reports.
