- Should have 10-20 years of relevant experience.
- Qualification should be B.Tech(Civil)/M.Tech(Civil), Masters in Construction Management/NICMAR - PGP ACM.
- Should have strong skills in SAP, MS Project, Primavera, MS Office and Advanced expertise in MS Excel.
- Project Planning and Scheduling: Creating detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Resource Management: Determining the necessary resources (personnel, materials, equipment) and ensuring their availability.
- Progress Monitoring and Control: Tracking project progress against the schedule, identifying deviations, and implementing corrective actions
- Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
- Communication and Coordination: Collaborating with various stakeholders (project managers, engineers, contractors, clients) to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Reporting and Documentation: Preparing reports on project status, performance, and potential issues.
