Job Summary: Lead the innovation, development, and commercialization of new products for the timely and right execution of product development activities including formulation development, supporting pilot & plant trials, sensory evaluation, technology transfer and R&D documentation (specifications, protocols, reports etc.); work closely with cross-functional teams, including QSR customers, marketing, operations, and quality assurance, to bring new food products from concept to market. Oversee pilot plant operaƟons, develop and opƟmize processes (including process SOPs, raw material codes, and product cut sheets for specificaƟons and packaging requirements), and collaborate with cross-funcƟonal teams to finalize recipes, yields, and costs. Provide comprehensive training to key and relevant departments to facilitate smooth implementaƟon and ensure compliance with food safety standards
