Key Responsibilities:
Payroll / HCM - Projects:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate payroll business requirements.
• Analyze and map current payroll processes and recommend improvements or automation opportunities.
• Assist in designing and specifying system configurations to meet business and compliance needs.
• Facilitate the testing process by creating test cases, coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and documenting results.
• Support change management, including training materials and user onboarding for payroll systems.
• Monitor implementation to ensure solutions meet performance and compliance expectations.
• Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams to ensure clarity and successful execution.
RFP Support:
• Define business and technical requirements to initiate the RFP process for payroll platforms and other Applications or service providers.
• Prepare detailed RFP documentation, including scope of work, evaluation criteria, and timelines.
• Coordinate with Procurement and Legal to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
• Review vendor proposals and conduct comparative analyses to identify best-fit solutions.
• Organize and facilitate vendor demos, Q&A sessions, and evaluation scoring with stakeholders.
• Support contract negotiations and finalize SLAs, KPIs, and cost models in collaboration with relevant departments.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with exposure to payroll systems or HRIS.
• Hands-on experience with payroll software platforms (e.g., ADP, Workday, SAP, Oracle HCM, etc.).
• Proven experience in RFP preparation, vendor evaluation, and selection processes.
• Strong understanding of payroll operations, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in global payroll or multi-country payroll projects.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or other project collaboration tools.
• Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or HR technology (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
