Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end administrative operations of the assigned campus or department.
Conduct liaison work with government agencies, local authorities, and external stakeholders.
Manage disciplinary issues in accordance with institutional policies and procedures.
Coordinate with police and local law enforcement on university-related matters, as required.
Utilize own vehicle for official duties, including local travel for administrative coordination.
Maintain records and documentation related to compliance, assets, and institutional regulations.
Support in procurement, facility management, and vendor coordination.
Assist in the smooth conduct of examinations, events, and institutional activities from an administrative perspective.
Candidate Requirements:
Educational Qualification: Minimum Undergraduate Degree (Bachelor's Degree in any discipline)
Experience: Minimum 3 years of hardcore administrative experience
Other Requirements:
Must possess a valid driving license and have own vehicle.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle field-related tasks.
Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, Email, etc.).
