a partner for talent in banking finance sales.

Banking sales is one of india's highest-attrition functions - frontline sales officers and relationship managers move for marginal increments, and every open territory is unproductive from day one. As branch networks expand into tier 2 and tier 3 markets and NBFCs, fintechs and insurers compete for the same proven closers, the constraint is rarely candidate volume; it is finding people who have actually hit target on comparable products. randstad sources from an active BFSI sales network across india and screens on delivered numbers, so your territories stay covered.

So what does a banking sales recruitment agency do beyond filling vacancies? in BFSI the harder problem is usually volume and churn - hiring 200 sales officers across 30 locations, then replacing a third of them within the year. Our banking sales staffing services cover permanent and contract hiring, high-volume and multi-location recruitment drives, payroll and statutory compliance for contract sales staff, and on-site or managed hiring support during expansion. We work with your sales training and performance management structures rather than around them.
