Key Responsibilities:
1. PLC Programming & Troubleshooting
Write, modify, and troubleshoot ladder logic and function block diagrams in GX Works2/3 or GX Developer.
Diagnose and resolve PLC faults to minimize downtime.
Adjust or optimize existing programs based on machine or production requirements.
2. Integration & Commissioning
Integrate Mitsubishi PLCs with HMIs (e.g., Proface,GOT series) and SCADA systems.
Commission new control panels or automation systems.
Integration of Vision system , Electric screw drivers and nut runners , Glue dispensing system
Part Assembly , component assembly experience
3. Electrical Maintenance
Maintain and repair electrical components like motors, drives (e.g., Mitsubishi FR series inverters), sensors, and contactors.
Perform preventive maintenance using CMMS tools.
4. Control Systems Optimization
Improve system efficiency and reliability by updating ladder logic or optimizing control loops.
Support production teams with real-time fault diagnostics.
5. Safety & Compliance
Ensure all modifications comply with electrical codes and safety standards.
Use lockout/tag out procedures and risk assessments during maintenance.

Networks: CC-Link, Ethernet/IP, RS-485
Drives: Mitsubishi FR-D700, E700, A800 inverters

Requirements:
B.E Degree in Electrical Engineering
5+ years of hands-on experience with Mitsubishi PLCs (FX/Q/R series).
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, drives, HMIs, and troubleshooting.
Able to work shifts and respond to production breakdowns.
