stakeholders. Qualifications and Skills:
1. Education:
o Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive
Engineering, or a related field. 2. Experience:
o 20+ years of experience in application engineering, preferably in the
engine manufacturing industry.
o Proven track record of managing customer-centric engineering
projects.
3. Technical Expertise:
o Strong understanding of engine systems, emissions technologies, and
application requirements.
o Proficiency in CAD/CAE tools, performance simulation, and diagnostic
tools.4. Leadership and Collaboration:
o Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage
multiple projects simultaneously.
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively
with customers and internal teams.
