Job Title: Area Sales Executive – Industrial Packaging (HDPE Drums & IBCs)
The Senior Marketing Executive would be required to drive volume and value sales of company products and manage customers in the allocated territory.
- Achieves sales targets through personal selling (visiting market).
- Negotiate with potential customers and develop new business.
- Analise how to improve the competitive position in the market through improved customer service.
- Monitor closely competition activities and provide feedback to HO on appropriate action which company needs to take to counter such activities.
- Knowledge of working in SAP environment would be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monthly Objective setting.
- Quarterly Joint Business Plan with reporting officer and adhering to same.
- Customer Management.
- People Management.
- Market Coverage.
- Commercial control and system adherence.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Education: Graduate in full time Engineering. Professional Sales Qualification is desired.
- Experience: 6-8 years in sales of industrial products. Exposure to chemical industries preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong B2B selling and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Communication in Local language is desired.
- Other Requirements:
- Domiciled in their respective states of operation.
- Willing to travel extensively within their territory and occasionally outside as needed.
