Responsibilities:
· Responsible for liaising with prospective customers and understanding the requirements.
· Conducting initial pitches and making presentations to customers introducing company’s machinery solutions in line with client requirements.
· Conducting market research to understand customers’ requirements, and competitors’ movements.
· Conducting business development.
· Preparing and submitting accurate commercial and technical documents to support the sales process
· Following up with clients to ensure timely collection and generation of essential sales-related documents, such as:
Ø Letters of Credit (LC)
Ø Proforma Invoice
Ø Bank Guarantee
Ø Sales Contracts
Ø Terms and Conditions for commissioning and installation
Ø Technical data sheets for machinery specifications
· Ensuring that order sheets sent are detailed, accurate, and meet specific requirements.
