Job Title-Associate Materials - Store Job Location- Chakan PuneSalary- Upto 4.5 LPAWorking Day & Time- 5 day working & 09am to 06 PM Role & Responsibilities- To execute day to day SAP transactions and shortage list preparation and Line loading monitoring at general packing station
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS report.
- Co-ordinate with Planning team for daily and weekly planning.
- Prepare daily material availability and shortage production order wise and line wise.
- Customer and travel card wise material supply to general packing station to close all production order.
- Prepare and Publish shortage report as per production requirement.
- COGI clearance.
- Stock adjustment process like quarantine stock, 309 & PID by following approval formalities.
- Reasoning for stock discrepancy.
- Transfer posting of material production order wise.
- Active participation in 5S, ESP, Stock taking activity.
- Prepare inventory trend report and publish.
- Ensure Zero handling rejection.

- Experience of 3-5 years in Materials department.
