Maintain TAT (Turnaround Time), compliance standards, and procedural integrity. o Oversee customer application screening, KYC, and income documentation collection for loan initiation. o Initiate legal, valuation, CIBIL, and other verification reports as part of the credit process. Credit Assessment: Interpret Credit Bureau Reports and analyze bank statements and other documents for accurate income assessment. Engage directly with customers to evaluate business and income capacity per the Credit Manual & Guidance Notes. Principal Accountabilities Post-Approval Coordination: Work closely with Sales Officers (SO) to ensure adherence to sanction conditions, accurate loan documentation, and file submission for disbursements. Track and collect all post-disbursal documents, including loan closure letters, sale deeds for new purchases, and post-dated cheques (PDC) and NACH forms to ensure timely EMI payments. Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth and efficient branch operations to provide the best customer experience. o Lead and support Centre Managers and other center staff, coaching and counseling to achieve operational goals. o Set performance targets, regularly review achievements, identify deviations, and address underlying causes. o Maintain high-quality standards within branch operations through Total Quality Management and Process Improvement practices.
