Key Responsibilities: (a) Overall General Administration & Compliances
- Liaising with the Statutory/Regulatory Offices
- Developing policies, procedures and standards for maintenance, purchases and inventory management and budgets and plans for managing facilities as per organizational needs.
(b) Operational Management
- General Administration: Office operations, personnel management, and statutory compliance.
- Estate & Infrastructure: Campus maintenance, construction projects, and facility management.
- Procurement & Contracts: Adherence to institute policies, industry standards, and due diligence in procurement processes.
- Security & Transport: Ensure safety protocols and efficient logistics.
(c) Human Resources & Team Management
- Lead recruitment, performance evaluations (PAS), and capacity-building for administrative staff.
- Foster teamwork and communication across departments.
- Resolve staff grievances and ensure welfare initiatives.
(d) Stakeholder Engagement & Public Relations
- Liaise with government agencies, faculty, students, and external dignitaries.
- Address various queries, and grievances.
- Manage hospitality for official visitors and foreign delegations.
(e) Crisis & Surge Support
- Provide advisory and operational support during emergencies (e.g.,administrative/operational crises, natural disasters).
- Ensure continuity of critical operations and staff welfare during escalated situations.
