- Day to day planning of civil and structural works including site development, foundations, buildings, and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with project manager, other discipline engineers and other stakeholders to define site civil works and execute the same as per the Plan.
- Conduct site assessments and surveys and provide recommendations for site development and layout based on project requirements, site conditions, and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise the construction work, testing, and commissioning of civil and structural works, and ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and share the same to the PM / SM.
- Provide technical guidance and support to site teams, including resolving technical issues, conducting technical reviews, and optimizing civil and structural solutions to meet project goals.
