Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and monitor construction activities for timely execution.
Oversee site operations and ensure compliance with construction plans and safety regulations.
Manage contracts with vendors/subcontractors and maintain communication with stakeholders.
Review and approve contractor bills, ensure budget control, and enforce zero-incident safety protocols.
Coordinate with consultants and government bodies for necessary project approvals.
Resolve site-level issues and ensure technical specifications are met.
Monitor resource allocation, maintain documentation, and support project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
Utilize tools like BOQ (Bill of Quantities) to track progress and cost control.
Implement design standards and value engineering solutions.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
5+ years of experience managing mid to large-scale construction projects.
Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.
Strong knowledge of construction regulations, materials, and technical processes.
PMP certification or equivalent is an added advantage.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
