• Reviewing, analyzing and finalizing group consolidated Financial Statement.
• Review and finalize quarterly limited review standalone and group consolidated FS
• To satisfy the audit requirements with regards to the observations by Auditors
• Closing Subsidiaries Audit and addressing the concern raised by group auditors
• To ensure timely finalization, consolidation and closing of monthly, quarterly, half yearly
and Yearly accounts as per the accounting / statutory requirements
• Handle technical accounting issues & related compliances
• To keep abreast of all current developments in functional aspects and knowledge
transfer to the team
• To groom the team and develop successor.
• To upgrade the skills of the team by providing learning opportunities.
• Should have excellent knowledge of Excel and should have thorough knowledge and
experience of working in ERP system, ownership of accounting processes.
• Should have good communication and interpersonal relationship skills, leadership skill
• Should have excellent time-management and organizational skills.
